Svennerstal Leadership Group Consulting Internship Summer 2022
We are accepting applications from high-performing and ambitious students who are nearing completion of their undergraduate or graduate studies to work as Summer Consultants at SLG. We are also welcoming applications from PhD or MBA students, that are near graduation. To be successful in the role, you should be highly analytical, a great communicator, and committed to going the extra mile to deliver high-quality results. Furthermore, you are a team-player, can manage complex challenges, have a strong will to learn, and can take initiative when needed. You should be fluent in English; other languages are seen as an advantage.
As a summer consultant, you will work together with your team on own live consulting projects, with high levels of responsibility from day one and plenty of hands-on work. You will have the chance to work within various areas and provide innovative solutions to our clients’ business challenges. No day will look the same as the previous one and you will be assigned challenging tasks on relevant and current subjects, resulting in a steep learning curve and rapid personal development.
At SLG, we have a hybrid work approach and provide opportunities for remote work. While we provide you with support and mentorship throughout the whole journey, it is important that you can take responsibility and are comfortable with working remotely. It will also be possible to work from our Stockholm, London, Vasa and Jakobstad offices if conditions allow for in-person work. The 2-month paid internship will take place during the summer of 2022, from May – July with flexibility depending on exams etc. We have great experience with previous interns who have continued working at SLG after the internship.

Anders Finne, taking the exciting role of Managing Partner in Svennerstal Leadership Group, has worked within the company since 2003 and concurrently founded Azeta Consulting, a boutique consultancy focusing on change management and search in mainly industrial companies.
